Our Story
At Almä, our story is rooted in the desire to live a life of optimal health, performance, and vitality. As a busy mom of twins, I knew I needed to be my healthiest self to keep up with my boys. After having them at 40, I wanted to be an active, vibrant mom. However, my demanding career, frequent travel, and irregular eating habits left me drained. My gut health and immune system were compromised, and I found myself relying on medication just to get through the constant colds and discomforts that seemed to never end.
